Went for a second opinion on orthodontic treatment. Dr. Callan took the time to explain the treatment options for my child and did not pressure us to choose his office to continue with our orthodontic work. Admin office was also very efficient. All forms are filled out online with no additional paperwork in the office. I liked that the front desk took the time to explain patient responsibilities to my child during treatment. I also appreciate their payment options. 10/10 experience.

My partner hasn't even started the treatment yet but this 5 star goes to Monica at the front desk. Have never talked to someone as kind, caring and helpful as her. She goes out of the way to help you, even late in the evening. Can't say enough good things about her. Thank you Monica, for bringing so much kindness into our lives :)And we've seen Dr. Callan just once so far (first of many!) but he seems very gentle as well. And he didn't make us feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend this place.
